The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has partnered with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the Association of Bay Area Governments and the Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX to co-host a two-day conference and exposition on strategies to move freight faster while reducing air pollution. The conference—Faster Freight, Cleaner Air—is scheduled for December 8 and 9, 2004 at the Marriott Hotel in Oakland.
