Memorial Day Weekend Reminder: Golden Gate's 75th Anniversary

As previously covered in the Monitor, an ongoing observation of the Golden Gate Bridge's 75th anniversary will culminate later this month over Memorial Day weekend with a monumental celebratory festival. Major activities will take place at Fort Point, Crissy Field, The Presidio, and Marina Green, with smaller activities to be held at Fort Mason Center, Ghirardelli Square, San Francisco Maritime Historical National Park, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pier 39.
